MJD Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an innovative, design-led organisation, that is well-known for its vibrant culture and exceptional employee perks. We are seeking a confident, proactive and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of the business the first impression for visitors and a central point of coordination for the wider team.

About the Role:

This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You’ll manage the reception desk, coordinate office resources and events, and work closely with senior stakeholders to keep things running smoothly. You’ll bring energy and professionalism to every interaction and enjoy playing a key part in fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are polished, prepped, and fully stocked
  • Assisting with internal communications and supporting company-wide events
  • Liaising with building management and coordinating repairs or access as required
  • Supporting office-wide initiatives and day-to-day operations

About You:
To be successful, you’ll be a natural organiser, communicator, and multitasker, someone who knows how to set the tone in a front-of-house space and who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You will bring:

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a Reception, Office Coordinator or Admin role
  • A warm, confident and polished communication style
  • A “can-do” attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • A collaborative, team-first approach

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
