This role will suit an experienced Receptionist or Front of House who is people-focused and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Your new role

• Greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  
• Managing incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and couriers
  
• Ensuring meeting rooms and common spaces are well kept and fully stocked
  
• Assisting senior stakeholders with setting up meeting rooms and video conferences for meetings
  
• Supporting company-wide and high profile client events
  
• Liaising with building management and coordinating repairs or access as required
  

Your experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate receptionist
• Immaculate and polished corporate presentation
• Exceptional communication skills and previous experience liaising with senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Must be available to work full time in the office
