About The Company

For over 20 years, our client has been a leader in tailored commercial furniture solutions, helping businesses create inspiring workspaces. Due to rapid growth, they're expanding their team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Rep to join them.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end sales process for large and small projects, from original client enquiries to a successful installation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Make product recommendations and offer tailored solutions
  • Manage high-value relationships with a range of clients
  • Prepare highly detailed quotes and tenders
  • Convert enquiries to sales orders
  • Project manage production and delivery
  • Detail specifications and liaise with suppliers
  • Manage data entry in the inventory systems
  • Coordinate logistics and the installation of projects

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service and/or sales
  • Good with numbers and looking for a creative change
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Any relevant business qualifications (desirable)
  • A current driver's licence
