What you’ll do
- Manage the full listing lifecycle, from agency agreements and compliance through to campaign launches and settlements
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including supplier bookings, artwork approvals, EDMs, media liaison, and in-office displays
- Oversee financial administration by issuing vendor invoices, distributing trust receipts, and assisting with reconciliations
- Ensure compliance and quality control across all listing and sales files
- Support the leadership team with onboarding, reporting, and performance initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Experience in real estate administration, sales coordination, or a similar operations role
- Strong knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) agency agreements, compliance, and settlement processes
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional, client-first mindset
- A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused attitude
