About You:

You’re more than a great stylist — you’re a natural leader who thrives on bringing out the best in people. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while still staying hands-on with your clients.

• Fully qualified hairdresser with strong cutting, colouring & styling skills.

• Previous salon leadership or management experience preferred but not required.

• Passionate about client care and growing the salon’s reputation.

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage bookings, stock & team schedules.

• A team player who leads with positivity, professionalism, and integrity.
