About the Role
We are looking for a Salon Manager / Team Leader (2IC) to take charge of our Elanora team. This is more than just a management role — it’s an opportunity to run the salon with autonomy, drive business success, and make your mark within a growing company.
You will be responsible for leading a motivated team, overseeing all operational aspects, and ensuring that our salon delivers an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on leadership, organisation, and building a positive, high-performing culture.
What We’re Offering:
- Manager: $38.43 (Mon-Fri) – $47.87 (Sat) – $67.07 (Sun) per hour.
- Team Leader / 2IC: $37.16 (Mon-Fri) – $46.60 (Sat) – $65.80 (Sun) per hour.
- Generous monthly performance bonuses plus product incentives.
- 6 Monthly and Annual KPI bonuses as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their best every day.
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock control, and salon standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a professional brand image.
- Take ownership of performance outcomes, ensuring business goals are met and exceeded.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to support salon growth and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager (beauty or customer-focused industry).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage rosters, budgets, and stock effectively.
- Commercial mindset with the drive to achieve results and grow the business.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and building a positive, motivated team culture.
