About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, creative stylist to join our boutique team at Cuts By Carella. This is a full-time position for a qualified hairdresser (Certificate III or IV) who thrives in a calm, client-first environment. At our salon, consistency, professionalism, and good energy are non-negotiables.

We don’t do ego. We don’t do drama. We do great hair, precision, and a team that works in sync.

What You’ll Be Doing

Consulting with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, lasting results

Precision cutting, custom colouring, styling, and smoothing services

Creating fresh, personalised colour formulas — we are a no demi salon (no off-the-shelf colour)

Performing services including blow-dries, hydration treatments, and Inca Glow smoothing

Keeping your station spotless, professional, and guest-ready at all times

Delivering the kind of service that makes clients rebook before they leave the chair

Bringing reliability, respect, and positivity to the salon floor every day

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing

Experience and confidence across cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments

Colour confidence — especially in mixing and applying custom formulas

A strong eye for detail and a genuine love for making people look and feel amazing

A no-nonsense, drama-free attitude with a professional work ethic

A team player who values consistency, standards, and a smoothly run salon
