Elite Hair Clinic, a leading Sydney-based provider of advanced hair restoration and related health services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Health & Welfare Services Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, support patient health and wellbeing, and ensure the smooth delivery of our hair transplant and wellness services. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, proven healthcare or clinic management experience, and a passion for delivering excellence in both patient care and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities, tasks and duties:

Oversee and coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth delivery of hair transplant and related health services;

Coordinating and administering the Clinic’s health and welfare program and supporting clinical services;

Support patient health, care and welfare by follow up procedures, post-operative follow-up, and patient education on treatment aftercare;

Supervise clinical staff, allocating tasks and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards;

Managing the Clinic’s administrative operations including assist and advise on budget planning, report preparation, expenditure on supplies, equipment and services;

Manage procurement of medical and surgical supplies from both national and international suppliers, ensuring products meet high quality standards;

Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing treatments and procedures;

Liaising with other allied health providers and medical doctors;

Maintaining up to date knowledge of local and national rules, regulations for clinic operations;

Implement and monitor workplace health and safety protocols in line with Australian regulations.

Qualification & experience

Minimum degree level qualification or in absence of formal qualifications, minimum 5 years full time relevant work experience;

Minimum 1 year relevant and related work experience;

Previous experience in hair implantation clinic desirable;

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams;

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

Experience in budgeting, performance reporting, and operational planning;
