We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, experienced and self-motivated Electrical Supervisor to join a busy and dynamic team based in Brisbane. Now employing over 1000 Queenslanders, they have gone through quite a transformation over the last few years and are very excited about the future.

Position Overview:
In this role you’ll be report into the Electrical and Automation Manager and be responsible for operating and maintaining reliability-based maintenance systems for the site to ensure the plant and equipment are operating in a safe, reliable and cost-effective manner. Day to day your focus will be leading and empowering a team of up to 15 including Fitters, Electricians and an apprentice, working Monday to Friday.

The Person:
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has a few years’ experience in a similar role as well as a background across industrial installations, fault finding, PLC programming, instrumentation and variable speed drives within FMCG. More importantly, you’ll have excellent communication skills and bring energy, integrity, grit and humility to the role.

To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have both a valid electrical license and trade qualification as well as a good understanding of both engineering and electrical practices. Experience with the MEX software package is desirable.
