Role Overview

Our Far North Queensland office is one of the largest offices within the international network and continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our team of HR heroes, driving excellence in all aspects of human resources.

This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest quality support to our staff and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with an HR focus, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Human Resources management role;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team;
• Driver's License and dependable private vehicle (for travel to regional offices); and
• Current National Police Clearance.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
