About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join to a commercial property company to shape HR practices, foster a positive culture, and support their business transformation journey.

Working in a part-time capacity, you’ll work closely with the Head of Operations to provide expert HR guidance, deliver impactful initiatives, and ensure compliance, while having the autonomy to design and embed HR practices that align with the growing company vision.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and exit processes.

Drive culture, engagement, and capability-building initiatives.

Design and embed an employee experience (EX) roadmap, including EVP and onboarding programs.

Introduce and manage remuneration and benefits programs.

Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support continuous improvement.

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional seeking part-time hours who thrives in a standalone role, balancing strategic impact with day-to-day delivery. You’re confident advising leaders, managing change, and building frameworks from the ground up. Your proactive and solutions-focused approach will be key in shaping the HR function for the future.
