The Role

We are looking for a polished and proactive Clinic Manager who will become the right hand to our leadership team and the driving force behind our front-of-house. About You

Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams in customer-facing environments

Essential proficiency required in at least one clinic management system (Zenoti or Timely preferred), e-commerce platforms (Shopify preffered), POS, CRM, and scheduling

Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

You may be someone who has extensive experience in our industry, or maybe you've already proven yourself in the corporate world and now seek a role that blends your professional capability with more meaningful, human connection.

Corporate candidates should have minimum 5 years leadership experience managing teams of 5+ people.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team with professionalism and warmth

Manage clinic operations, customer experience, ordering, and systems with precision

Oversee training, performance, and rostering of FOH staff

Support clients with treatment and product pathways, alongside our Dermal Therapists and Doctor

Ensure the clinic environment runs smoothly, elegantly, and in line with our high standards

Collaborate closely with our Owner/Founder and Business & Brand Manager to drive operational excellence and clinic success.
