About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to bring energy and creativity to the kitchen. You'll work alongside a highly respected Executive Chef, own your section with pride-whether garnishing, hot entrées, or larder-and deliver consistency and precision on every plate. About you:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in premium, hatted, or Michelin-starred venues
• Confidence in high-volume kitchens with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Josper wood-fired ovens and charcoal grills (highly regarded)
• Full-time working rights in Australia
• A genuine passion for the industry and desire to learn
