About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

Take ownership of your section in a high-performing kitchen

Deliver dishes that reflect Batch’s premium standards

Maintain consistency in flavour, portion, and presentation

Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and improvements

Mentor and support junior team members

Ensure top-level cleanliness, organisation, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience as a Chef de Partie, or a Commis ready to step up

A passion for contemporary café dining and premium produce

Drive, professionalism, and high attention to detail

Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
