The Role

Reporting to our Head Chef, you’ll be hands-on in the kitchen — from Gin & Tea afternoons to busy bar service and multi-course dinners. Depending on your experience, this role can be shaped as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef position.

Key responsibilities include:

Running your section and delivering consistent, high-quality food.

Supporting menu development and prep schedules.

Leading and guiding junior staff during service.

Managing stock, wastage, and kitchen organisation.

Keeping food safety and cleanliness standards at their best.

Trade-qualified with CDP or Junior Sous experience.

(Pastry skills are a welcome bonus, but not essential — we’re looking for great all-rounders first and foremost.)
