What you'll do

Answer guest & agent enquiries by phone and email with warmth and professionalism

Place, check, and confirm reservations with accuracy and care

Manage booking changes and feedback with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Liaise with our guides, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

Pitch in with general admin tasks that keep our office humming

What we're looking for

We know the right person will shine if they have these essentials:

Excellent communicator – confident, clear, and friendly. Must have fluent verbal and written English.

Tech-savvy – quick to learn new systems and existing proficiency with core software (Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace)

Detail-minded – accuracy matters when dealing with bookings

Cool under pressure – able to juggle tasks, prioritise effectivley and stay organised in busy periods

Customer-centric – you genuinely enjoy helping people and going the extra mile

Flexible – available across weekdays, some weekends, and peak holiday periods

Experience – minimum 1-2 years in reservations or customer service

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

Working rights in Australia – full, unrestricted work rights are desirable

Immediate start – available to begin right away

Flexible availability – able to work across a rotating roster, including weekends

Peak period coverage – full availability required during:

18 Dec – 20 Jan (Christmas/New Year peak)

The 2 days preceding Good Friday & the 2 days following Easter Monday

Rostered hours – shifts fall between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Shift volume – after training, expect 3–4 days per week, with potential for up to full-time during peak season

A second language, tourism or hospitality experience, or knowledge of reservation systems will make you stand out, but aren't essential.
