About the role

Montalto is seeking a Casual Reservations Coordinator to support our front-of-house and guest experience team. To be a successful applicant you must be available to work weekends, with additional mid-week work available throughout the busier months (October to April).

The Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for managing reservations for our renowned winery and restaurant, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Handling all incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

Allocating and confirming dining reservations in a timely and efficient manner

Liaising with the front-of-house team to communicate reservation details and ensure smooth service delivery

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest enquiries and requests

Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the operations team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using reservation management systems and MS Office applications

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
