About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused medical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane, Queensland office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative healthcare products and services to a diverse range of clients and contributing to the organisation's success.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client queries and concerns in a timely manner

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to promote our products and services

Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales initiatives

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity

Targeting both hospitals and clinics as primary healthcare clients

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle client objections

A driven and competitive mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Proficient in the use of sales software and CRM tools

Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Valid full Australian driver's licence required
