Are you a passionate early years educator ready to lead learning and inspire change?

At Wellokids Marlborough Road, we’re looking for a full-time Educational Leader to guide practice, mentor educators, and build a culture of quality across our service. This is a permanent, 38-hour-per-week role for an ECT or Diploma-qualified educator ready to grow with purpose.

Your role will include

Leading curriculum and pedagogical practice across the service

Mentoring and supporting educators with the planning cycle and documentation

Facilitating meaningful learning aligned with EYLF and the NQS

Driving quality improvement and reflective practice

Supporting inclusive environments that honour each child’s identity

Collaborating with the Nominated Supervisor on strategy and practice

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Bachelor (ACECQA-approved) in Early Childhood Education

A current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Child Protection training

3+ years’ experience in early learning, with proven leadership capability

A confident mentor and communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting

A leader who is curious, reflective, and driven by quality
