At Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes, we’re expanding our Hive and inviting passionate, qualified Educators to join our warm and inclusive team. Our purpose-built 75-place centre is designed to ignite a love of learning — with beautiful nature-inspired outdoor spaces featuring sandpits, a climbing wall, bike tracks, bush tucker gardens and more.

We currently have two exciting leadership opportunities available:

🟡 1. Educational Leader

$38.09–$39.20 per hour + Educational Leader Allowance

This role is perfect for a Diploma or Bachelor-qualified educator ready to lead curriculum, mentor a team, and drive continuous improvement across the service. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team while shaping meaningful learning experiences for children.

What You'll Bring:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Deep knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Strong mentoring, planning, and communication skills

Passion for inclusive, reflective practice

Previous experience as an Educational Leader or mentor is desirable but we value potential and drive!

🟡 2. Lead Educator

$36.43–$37.54 per hour + 10% ECEC Retention Payment

This role is ideal for a confident room leader who loves creating vibrant, child-led learning environments. You'll guide and support your room’s educators while fostering strong connections with families and children.

What You'll Bring:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Experience leading a room or mentoring team members

Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS and documentation practices

Blue Card (or Working with Children Check) and First Aid with asthma/anaphylaxis training
