Seedlings & Co is seeking an experienced and inspiring Educational Leader to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about mentoring, critical reflection, and driving high-quality practice across our centres.

About the Role:

Hybrid position: 2 days office-based, 3 days working alongside educators in the learning environment.

Opportunity for the right candidate to lead as Educational Leader across two centres.

Support the growth and confidence of educators through coaching, mentoring, and fostering critical thinking.

Champion our philosophy and ensure our programs reflect the EYLF, NQF, and contemporary theory.

Lead documentation practices to ensure meaningful, reflective, and high-quality records of learning.

Work collaboratively with Centre Director to maintain a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong track record of success as an Educational Leader, min 3 years.

Deep understanding of program planning, pedagogy, and curriculum design.

Proven experience in developing teams, mentoring staff, and building reflective practice.

Skilled in documentation that captures children’s learning journeys meaningfully.

Confident in embedding the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) into daily practice.

A collaborative leader who is motivated, reflective, and dedicated to exceeding standards.
