• As an Educational Leader, you'll receive 8 hours a week off the floor to focus on developing a rich, engaging curriculum and intentional programs that guide and inspire your team's daily practice.

You'll need:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
