Permanent Full Time | Wangaratta, VIC | $76,232 per annum + super | Be the Backbone of Better Roads
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and take charge of something that matters? We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Works Supervisor – Unsealed to lead the delivery of vital road maintenance and construction across our region.
This is more than just managing projects — it’s about shaping the infrastructure that keeps our community connected. You'll lead skilled crews, coordinate contractors, and ensure our unsealed roads are maintained to the highest standard.

Ensure quality and compliance with the Council's Road Management Plan and OH\&S standards.
Manage budgets, cost estimates, and reporting — keeping projects on track and on budget.
Be the go-to person on site — interpreting plans, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Bring:
A relevant trade qualification or strong industry experience in civil construction or maintenance.
Solid experience managing unsealed road projects and operating road maintenance machinery.
Confident leadership and communication skills — you're great with people and calm under pressure.
