Job Title: Site Supervisor

Position Summary:

Windrock is looking for a Site Supervisor to deliver its residential/commercial projects mostly in the inner suburbs.

The right person will be responsible for the on-site coordination and supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing trades, subcontractors, site logistics, and ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities are progressing according to program.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.

Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and drawings.

Monitor construction timelines and report on progress to the Project Manager.

Ensure work is completed to the required quality and within scope.

Conduct site inductions

Qualifications & Experience:

Trade or Tertiary qualifications in construction

Experience in Residential/Commercial site supervision
