We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a premium 10-level residential development in the Sutherland Shire. This is a high-profile project delivering 30 luxury units, with demolition just commenced and full construction soon underway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance
• Manage subcontractors and site staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project milestones
• Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, codes, and company policies
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and communication with stakeholders

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-level residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, quality control, and site safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain timelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Building, or related field
