Site Manager - High-End Residential Apartments

Signature project – 14 luxury apartments across 9 levels in the heart of Cronulla.

Boutique builder – tight-knit team known for delivering high-quality residential across Sydney’s east and south.

Autonomy to run your site, work directly with the PM and Directors.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a premium apartment project, from start to finish. Running the site day-to-day and making sure quality, safety, and timeframes are nailed. Reporting into the Snr Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force on site, coordinating trades and keeping everything moving.

Duties will involve:

Leading trades and subcontractors to deliver high-end finishes.

2/ 4 weekly lookahead (Construction Programme carried out by PM)

Overseeing programme lookhead, safety, and quality from ground up to handover.

Design: spotting issues before they become problems.

Building strong relationships with consultants, subbies, and clients.

PM is visiting and gives the SM full autonomy. Boutique project therefore the Site Manager must be able to wear different hats and be hands on.

What our client is looking for

Trade/ Carpentry background (preferred) but not essential.

Must have 5+ years (Minimum) in Site Manager position, with projects start to finish

Must have experience on Apartment builds (Class 2), luxury preferred. Start to finish

Must have experience with Basements

Must have experience with structure, services, and detailed finishes.

Must be able to wear different hats

Calm, level-headed operator who knows how to get the best out of people.

Systems requirements: only need to be able to basic computer skills, no fancy systems required.
