Adecco are seeking a Precast Concrete Patcher to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing precast concrete elements including panels, columns, stairs, and other structural components. This includes patching, caulking, colour matching, grouting, and ensuring all work meets design and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Finish and repair surfaces of precast concrete after form removal
• Mix and apply cement grout or slurry to patch holes, cracks, and imperfections
• Smooth, rub, grind, and polish surfaces using hand tools and pneumatic equipment
• Clean and prepare surfaces for repair, applying treatments where required
• Operate EWP/scissor lifts safely to complete patching work at height
• Detect and correct surface irregularities to meet design specifications
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with PPE requirements

Your Profile

Construction Industry White Card (essential)

EWP/Scissor lift tickets (advantageous)

Experience in precast concrete, rendering, or plastering highly desirable

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive work

Experience with hand and power tools

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Safety-conscious and compliant with PPE and site protocols

High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
