About this role

We are looking for a concrete labourer to join our team, in a permanent full-time role with experience in house/shed slabs. We pour residential housing slabs for multiple home builders. Most of our work is south of Adelaide, often in the Mount Barker/Strathalbyn region. We start early, usually on-site for 5am when pouring concrete.

Tasks

General labouring such as; boxing up, shovelling, tool/equipment maintenance

Steel-fixing (taught on-site if necessary)

Setting levels, measuring set-downs, and setting out sites. (taught on-site if necessary)

What we are looking for

Experience as a concrete labourer

Minimum 6 months of concrete labouring experience required

Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions

Punctuality

Valid Australian Drivers License

White Card

Willingness to up-skill for increased pay (screeding, trowelling etc.)

Early starts between 5am and 6am

What we offer

$76,000-$83,000 per year (Saturdays available + $8,000-$20,000/year)

Standard 45 hour week

12% super, annual leave, sick leave, long-service leave, public holidays.
