We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Administration Assistant to

join our boutique accounting firm, in our Burnley, Victoria office. In this part-time role,

you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the

day-to-day operations of our practice.

What you will be doing:

 Greeting and welcoming clients and guests in a warm and friendly manner

 Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

 Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

 Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and

data entry

 Providing support to the accounting team as required

 Lodging Income Tax Returns via MYOB AO

 Ensuring all ASIC Annual Reviews are sent out and up to date

 Ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies

 Cleaning and setting up the boardroom and kitchen

What we are looking for:

 Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administration Assistant, preferably in

a professional services or accounting environment

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and

professional manner

 Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise

tasks

 Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
