About the Role

Prepare and cook a diverse breakfast and brunch menu to a high standard

Maintain speed and consistency during busy service periods

Assist with kitchen prep and cleaning to meet food safety standards

Some baking experience is highly regarded (muffins, scones, pastries)

Work as part of a small, supportive team with a focus on quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Cook, or similar role

Ability to handle a busy service with confidence and precision

Strong time management and organisational skills

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

A positive attitude and team-player mindset
