The Role

As Workforce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our frontline team and ensuring our workforce is set up for success. From rostering and recruitment to staff support and compliance, you’ll help us deliver a high-quality service that makes a real difference every day.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role blends people management, workforce planning, and hands-on problem solving in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Create and manage rosters to ensure client needs are always met

Support and mentor staff through supervision, training, and performance reviews

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Accurately manage timesheets, leave, and workforce data

Communicate clearly with staff through updates, meetings, and day-to-day support

Participate in the Manager On-Call rotation to provide after-hours support

What You’ll Bring

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in rostering, workforce coordination, or HR

Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and workforce compliance requirements

Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve challenges quickly

Confidence using HR and rostering systems
