About this role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate NDIS expert in the role of Coordinator to join our team within the Client Services Division. In this role you will support our customers in navigating and coordinating their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) journey, ensuring they receive the essential support and services needed to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life whilst with Endeavour foundation.
In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Ensure we respond to customer enquiries and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Be a SME to internal and external stakeholders on NDIS funding
- Develop all quotes related to supports provided by Endeavour accurately and in designated timeframes
- Be able to effectively use Power Bi and other reporting software or tools to monitor relevant financial KPI and track own performance
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and what it means for customers and Endeavour Foundation. This includes keeping up to date with changes in the NDIA and NDIA price guide and rates
- Ability to report on clients that are underfunded and advocate appropriately for the funding required
- Ability to apply innovative ideas, take initiative with a clear business purpose in mind and continually seek to improve business processes
- Demonstrated experience in successfully partnering with relevant stakeholders to achieve business objectives
About you:
- Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related discipline would be advantageous however are not essential
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to appropriately prioritize
- Ability to manage high volume of communication in a timely and effective manner
- A high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a team, with customers, across service providers, and with various stakeholders.
- Ability to develop skills and knowledge as a subject matter expert in regard to NDIS funding for supported employment, supported independent living and community participation.
