You’re an experienced Chief of Staff and bring your A-game no matter the challenge! You think big picture, but you never let the small stuff slip through the cracks. Commercially sharp, you understand how operational excellence drives revenue growth. You’re also intuitive, with a knack for turning big ideas into clear, actionable steps, and making the complicated look easy!

People trust you with sensitive information, your judgement is rock-solid, and you’re the one everyone counts on to keep operations firing on all cylinders because your follow-through is nothing short of impeccable. But beyond your skills, you’re respected because you lead with humility, maturity, and genuine purpose, not ego.

You’ll work closely with consultants, pre-empting operational needs such as business improvements, contractual negotiations, agreement restructures, efficient go-to-market technology. You’ll maintain strong culture and engagement across the team, and measure and manage company and consultant performance to keep the business scaling!

A snapshot of your role….

· Partner with the Managing Director and executive team to drive revenue growth, improve consultant performance, and lead strategic initiatives

· Oversee administration support, Marketing, and Data & Insights teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals

· Lead technology adoption and process improvements, and champion innovation to enhance efficiency, client experience, and scalability

· Manage the company’s core business processes, including executive meetings, planning cycles, communication, and financial oversight

· Drive people and culture initiatives, from recruitment and performance management to training and maintaining a high-engagement workplace
