As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll sit at the same level as Engineering Managers – but instead of line management, you’ll play a pivotal role in technical strategy, system design, and hands-on coding. You’ll work across the platform, helping leadership anticipate scaling challenges, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence as the team grows.

What you’ll do

• Drive architecture and system design decisions across the platform
• Stay hands-on with Golang (or similar), GraphQL, microservices, Protobuf/gRPC
• Anticipate challenges over the next 6, 12, 18 months and shape solutions
• Mentor engineers and help maintain a high technical bar
• Improve productivity, scalability, and developer experience at pace
