This is more than a front desk job—you'll be the face and voice of our brand, setting the tone for an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who can effortlessly build rapport, anticipate needs, and handle every situation with grace and a genuine smile.

What You'll Do:

Warmly welcome patients and visitors, making them feel comfortable and cared for.

Manage a busy schedule with precision and a calm demeanor.

Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing clear, friendly, and helpful information.

Process new patient paperwork and maintain accurate records with confidentiality.

Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless and positive workflow.

Be the go-to person for questions, concerns, and anything else our patients may need.

A natural communicator with a talent for making people feel at ease.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Empathetic and patient, capable of handling sensitive situations with tact.

A positive and proactive problem-solver.

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
