We are currently seeking a Administration Officer to support our Finance Team. This position will be based at our Port Augusta Depot
About the Role
As a Administration Officer, you will provide day-to-day support across all areas of admin, procurement, finance and purchasing. You’ll be involved in everything from data entry, processing invoices, paying vehicle registrations to supporting month-end procedures and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support across all areas of administration and the finance function, including:
Accounts receivable
Procurement
Accounts Payable
Payroll experience welcomed
Other Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with data entry and credit card processing system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
About You
Previous experience in administration (finance experience highly regarded.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Programs and MYOB
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
Effective time management and organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Clear and confident communication skills
Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
