Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for driving change and improvement? We’re seeking CFO Advisory Consultants at Manager and Senior Manager level to join a growing team supporting Federal Government clients in Canberra.

Working across project teams and with senior finance leaders, deliver system and process improvements across financial management, governance, and reporting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that partners with clients to make meaningful, lasting impacts on how finance functions operate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver finance transformation projects across government departments.
• Provide CFO advisory support focused on process efficiency, financial reporting improvements, and system enhancements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on best practice in financial management and governance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in finance, consulting, or advisory roles, with exposure to transformation or improvement projects.
• CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) – additional certifications highly regarded.
• Proven ability to work with Federal Government clients and navigate complex environments.
• Strong project delivery skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
