About the role

We are looking for a leader who combines sharp technical expertise with outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues grow. This is a role where you’ll:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Lead, mentor and grow a team of talented, motivated accountants.

Drive advisory and business improvement conversations, not just compliance.

Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm.

Build long term client relationships through regular meetings and open, clear communication.

About you

You are CA qualified (or equivalent), with solid experience in business services or advisory.

You have a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships (2+ years minimum in a leadership role).

You possess strong technical skills, but you’re also commercially minded and solutions-focused.

You are someone who thrives in a progressive environment, showing strong time management and analytical skills while also having the confidence to lead a team and inspire junior staff.
