A Week in the Life at Kinsella

Leading or supporting clients through Virtual CFO/Outsourced Finance functions — from overseeing financial operations to providing expert input at key meetings.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.

Providing real-time accounting and tax advice to clients as new issues arise.

Mentoring talented juniors and helping shape the next generation of professionals.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and Managers who are passionate about helping clients succeed. You’ll thrive with us if you have:

A degree in accounting or finance and a CA/CPA qualification (or are well on your way).

3+ years’ experience in public practice, ideally with exposure to financial management, tax, accounting, and advisory work.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
