Located in Truganina & Melton you will be managing a portfolio of properties with great landlords and tenants using Property Me software.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Routine inspections
• Condition Report
• Property Management letters
• Rental arrears
• Lease renewals
• Rent increases
• Final inspections
• Signing up for new leases
• Processing bonds
• Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
• Arranging anniversary cards and gifts for owners and tenants
• Arrange property maintenance and repairs
• Issuing breach notices
• Keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management Legislation
• Excellent Time Management

Tasks do not include:
Listing properties for rent, we have a separate BDM department that manages listings Processing, and presenting applications, we have a separate Leasing department that manages the application process

Days of work are Monday- Friday, 9.00 am-5.30 pm.

Option to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
