ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER | Wetherill Park | $80–85K + Super

THE ROLE
Reporting into the CFO team and working closely with Customer Service, you’ll take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and keep things ticking along seamlessly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing progress payments and following up on outstanding debts
• Preparing and issuing invoices, keeping accounts accurate and up to date
• Reconciling accounts and handling debtor queries with a professional touch
• Delivering great service to both clients and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with general admin and finance tasks
• Using Excel for reconciliations and reporting

THE CANDIDATE
This role suits someone who enjoys the rhythm of AR and takes pride in keeping things in order. You’ll bring:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience (progress payments a bonus)
• Confident, personable communication skills
• Solid Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
• Oracle experience desirable but not essential
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
