We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team in Thomastown, Victoria. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and managing a team of cleaning staff. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Build strong client relationships and respond to service needs promptly.

Manage rostering, recruitment, and staff training.

Monitor budgets, resources, and performance to achieve business goals.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high service standards.

About You

Proven experience in cleaning/facilities management or a similar operational role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Knowledge of OH&S practices and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
