Client Service Manager
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a progressive Facility Management Company.
We are seeking a committed Client Service Manager who is experienced in all aspects of commercial cleaning,
The role (Primary)
You will be responsible in conjunction with the State Manager for a portfolio of sites across various sectors including hospitality, events and commercial venues.
Provide support to contractors & cleaning staff in conjunction with the State Manager.
Compliance inspections and reporting; Ensure all occupational health and safety processes are observed and followed. This includes follow up visits to ensure the scope of works is been completed.
Report to State Manager on performance operations for your sites twice per week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, ensuring their cleaning needs are met on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Coordinate cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality assurance checks.
Train and supervise cleaning staff to uphold service standards and safety protocols.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing cleaning operations, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and staff.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and operational challenges.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between client sites as needed.
