About the role

Beehive Group Emerald is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office All-Rounder to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced office worker who can thrive in this dynamic, fast paced and customer focused environment. You will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

This is a full time role, however flexible working arrangements can be made for the right applicant. This role is available for immediate start.

Main Responsibilities / Duties

Management of Accounts Receivable & Payable along with Bank Reconciliation

Prepare and lodgement of BAS and compliance reports

Processing of Payroll & Superannuation payments

Assist with maintaining stock levels and ordering when required

Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones &n responding to emails

Assist sales team within office - serving retail customers, generating quotes & invoices etc

Skills & Experience

Previous Bookkeeper and administration experience

Experience using MYOB

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Positive and enthusiastic attitude
