All Scale Asbestos & Demolition is a family-owned business known for precision, safety, and getting the job done right. We’re expanding our team and looking for a proactive, hard-working Yard Hand who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help keep our operations running smoothly.

🚚 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping things organised and efficient. Your day-to-day will include:

Driving & Deliveries: Pick-ups, drop-offs, and transport of materials and equipment (MC licence required or willing to obtain)

Manual Labour: Assisting with demolition prep, loading/unloading, and general yard duties

Errand Running: From tool runs to supply pickups—if it needs doing, you’re on it

Yard & Shed Maintenance: Sorting, organising, and maintaining tools, stock, and supplies

Support Tasks: Helping the team stay on schedule with whatever’s needed on-site or off

Travel: Willingness to travel intrastate for short periods when/if required (rare)

🧰 What We’re Looking For

Manual Driver’s Licence (and willing to obtain MC Licence)

White Card

Strong work ethic and reliability

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills—clear, respectful, and team-focused

A flexible mindset—someone who enjoys variety and adapts quickly

A proactive attitude—someone who sees what needs doing and gets stuck in

Tech-savvy with mobile apps—able to use maps, messaging, and job-related tools confidently on your own phone

Able to work efficiently on your own, manage your time, and think on your feet

Must have the legal right to work in Australia

Must already reside in Australia—no sponsorship opportunities available

Available to work up to 38 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed

Willing to travel within Queensland for short-term jobs as needed

Experience in demolition, construction, or yard work is a bonus
