About the Role

This is a practical, on-the-tools position where you'll be involved in:

Truck body fabrication & fit-up – Pantechs, trays, curtain-siders

Sheet metal work – cutting, folding, drilling, rivet & bolt assembly

General repairs & modifications – making things right the first time

Auto electrical work – wiring lights, switches, and accessories

Future growth – assembling industry-leading Liderkit pre-engineered body kits (training provided)

Essential technical skills required include welding, metal fabrication, and automotive bodywork experience

Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, Arc welding, and Gas welding processes is required

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant trade experience is required

Trade qualification is preferred for this position

Acceptable trade qualifications include fabrication welding, automotive body repair, or general fitting

Australian permanent residency is required

What We’re Looking For

Background in fabrication, bodybuilding, or transport equipment

Sheet metal and general fitting skills (welding experience a bonus)

Auto electrical skills highly regarded

Pride in workmanship, eye for detail, and a “get it done” attitude

Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
