Premier Estate Agents are seeking a talented Client Service Specialist to join their team in Newcastle, NSW on a contract basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment, with a focus on ensuring seamless client experiences.

What you'll be doing

Providing responsive and attentive customer service to clients, both in-person and via phone, email, and other communication channels

Handling client inquiries, booking appointments, and managing client information in our database

Coordinating property viewings and open inspections, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a warm and professional manner

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite and client relationship management (CRM) systems

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
