Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lease terms, rent reviews, and tenant relationships
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and asset plans
• Oversee building operations, risk management, and compliance
• Lead onsite FM teams and ensure asset presentation standards

About You:

• 5+ years' experience in property management
• Tertiary qualifications in property or related field
• Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Strong financial, legal, and stakeholder management skills
