Property Asset Management for a Government Organisation

Location: Situated in Melbourne CBD
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, providing a consistent 5-day workweek
Hours: Flex between 7am to 5pm
Compensation: $55 - $60ph +Superannuation
14-Week TEMP assignment

Your New Position
As the PAMO, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities and Property Team specifically within asset systems. You may liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a representational role on behalf of the organisation. You will also be required to:
+ Actively contributing to the management of internal business systems, overseeing maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and rectifying system faults and issues where required.
+ Obtaining metrics and providing reporting in support of managing risks.
+ Assisting in the management of security, emergency management, and incident reporting protocols.
+ Transferring HVAC details and information manually, to the internal systems.
+ Identifying and reporting emerging issues/incidents/trends through photographic records and providing solutions where applicable.
+ Conduct offsite audits to cross-reference and verify location accuracy

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you'll hold an extensive track record of successfully managing assets in a building service capacity and experience leading a large security team. You will also need:
+ Substantial experience managing accounts across building services
+ Public Sector background would be desirable
+ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
