Sungrass Group is a specialist building management company across Australia. We are looking for a property manager to join our team, either on casual base of 4 days a week or full-time position.

We are currently operating our new business in Yarrabend, Alphington, the right candidate needs to have a good understanding of the following
1. Property Management in all aspects
2. Owner and body corporate management skills and experience
3. People skills
4. Be able to attend after-hours issues if needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate(s) must have the following:
2-5 years experience in property management.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

You will be reporting directly to the company director and cooperate with the building manager, also receive support from our in-house operation and legal team when needed, and we will be offering a rewarding rate or package for the right candidate.
